Fairly flat conditions offshore early afternoon saw counts of at least 20 Great Crested Grebe, 15 Common Scoter, 13 Red-throated and three Great Northern Diver with small numbers of Guillemot and Razorbill also feeding across the bay.
In the estuary 122 Redshank, 75 Grey Plover and five Greenshank were in The Bight on the rising tide, with 353 Dark-bellied Brent Geese arriving to roost. Also present two Avocet and a pair of Red-breasted Merganser and on Bull Hill at least 30 Jackdaw and 20 Rook pre roost.
Elsewhere 21 Linnet were on the Golf Course, 15 Greenfinch and five Chiffchaff were in the Entrance Bushes and a pair of Stonechat and a Greenshank were in Greenland Lake.
