Wednesday 11th June

Some surprising signs of migration today with post breeding dispersal starting early this year. A Nuthatch and two juvenile Coal Tit were briefly in the Sycamore on the Dune Ridge. The Nuthatch is only the 19th for the recording area.  Elsewhere 28 Sanderling, three Dunlin and a Ringed Plover were in the Bight with 20 Curlew on the Railway Saltmarsh.
