Large numbers of duck were in the estuary corner over the evening high tide included 778 Teal and similar numbers of Wigeon, although disturbance from a boat in the refuge area these depart before they could be counted with fewer than 50 returning before dusk. 

The same boat flushed the roosting waders from the saltmarsh, many moved to The Bight were counts included 341 Curlew300+ Redshank28 Knot26 Greenshank, the highest count since 31 on 26 October 2018, 18 Bar-tailed Godwit, six Grey Plover, three Whimbrel and two Turnstone

Also in the estuary 92 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, with two juveniles, three Mediterranean Gull, a Kingfisher, a Sandwich Tern and the Spotted Redshank. Elsewhere 15 Common Scoter and the moulting drake Eider were offshore.
