Unfortunately there was too much disturbance over the high tide to undertake wader counts, but 26 Sanderling were continually pushed along the beach. Tern numbers had increased with 220 Sandwich, 17 Common and a juvenile Arctic Tern present. Elsewhere the Red-throated Diver was offshore and migrants included two Wheatear, two Sedge and a Garden Warbler.
