A Green Sandpiper on flooded areas in the Buffer Zone early morning was the highlight with counts of 306 Dunlin and 16 Grey Plover also showing an overnight wader arrival. Other counts included 1176 Oystercatcher, 172 Redshank, 167 Ringed Plover, nine Greenshank, three Whimbrel, two Common Sandpiper and a Black-tailed Godwit. Other records included a Balearic Shearwater offshore, two Swift and single Grey and Yellow Wagtail overhead with nine Mediterranean Gull and the Slavonian Grebe in the estuary.
