Most of the roosting terns had departed overnight with just three Sandwich Tern present this morning along with at least 55 Mediterranean Gull.
Counts from the high tide included 310 Oystercatcher, 216 Curlew, six Whimbrel, three Dunlin, three Shelduck, two Grey Plover, two Bar and two Black-tailed Godwit, a Greenshank and the Dark-bellied Brent Goose.
