The Spoonbill and Sandwich Tern roosted on Finger Point over high tide with, 53 Common and two adult Mediterranean Gull in the saltmarsh, 450 Dunlin feeding in the Bight still at mid tide, 169 Dark-bellied Brent Goose, 67 Shelduck and three Greenshank on the mudflats and three Red-breasted Merganser, six Great Crested and a Little Grebe in the channel.
Elsewhere a female Shoveler was on the Main Pond, 16 Skylark were in the Bight, 10 Great Crested Grebe were offshore and two Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Chiffchaff and the resident Kestrel were on site.
