The Spoonbill and Sandwich Tern both spent high tide on Finger Point with counts of 142 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 135 Grey Plover, 126 Bar-tailed Godwit, 83 Shelduck, five Sanderling, five Red-breasted Merganser and three Eider, a female and two immature male, from the estuary.
Elsewhere two Red-breasted Merganser were offshore, a pair of Shoveler were on the Main Pond with two Goldcrest, single Chiffchaff and Redwing in the bushes.
