Some late spring passage, with Swift the most prominent species with 145 flying NE, mostly in large flocks at sunrise, also overhead two House Martin, two Siskin and a Rook. On site a Wheatear on the Golf Course and two out of place Reed Warbler were new arrivals.
In the estuary 52 Dunlin were also new in, with counts of 15 Whimbrel, 14 Curlew, 12 Ringed Plover, five Eider and a Sandwich Tern.
Offshore c35 Kittiwake, 20 Gannet, two Manx Shearwater and a 2cy Mediterranean Gull foraged offshore early morning with four Great Northern and two immature Red-throated Diver also present.
Other Wildlife: The first Golden-ringed Dragonfly of the year was hawking on the Golf Course, along with three Emperor Dragonfly.
