The highlight was the site's second Lesser Yellowlegs briefly in the Bight late morning. Wader counts included 237 Redshank, 109 Ringed Plover, 60+ Dunlin, 15+ Bar and eight Black-tailed Godwit, seven Turnstone, four Common Sandpiper and a Greenshank. Elsewhere the juvenile Red-backed Shrike was still on Warren Point, the male Redstart was along the Back Path, the Slavonian Grebe was in the estuary and overhead there were 16 Jackdaw and two Grey Wagtail.
