Three summer plumaged Knot were new arrivals in The Bight over high tide, joining 102 Sanderling, 24 Dunlin, 10 Ringed and a Grey Plover, four Bar-tailed Godwit and two Whimbrel.
Elsewhere six Raven, a family group, and five Stock Dove were on Warren Point and two Sandwich Tern were offshore.
Other Wildlife: The Lupin Weevil Charagmus gressorius was found in a second location on Warren Point, on one of the few remaining Tree Lupin bushes. As this remains the only UK site for the species, hopefully more will be found.
