Despite the lack of a large feeding flock there was still plenty of activity offshore with three Balearic Shearwater south, at least 65 Manx Shearwater, 14 Mediterranean Gull (seven ad, six 2cy & a 3cy), 13 Sandwich and two Common Tern and a dark phase Arctic Skua.
Elsewhere counts from the high tides included 13 Sanderling, 10 Curlew, nine Dunlin, three Ringed and two Grey Plover, two Bar-tailed Godwit and two Whimbrel, a Kingfisher was at the Main Pond and nine Swift and a Hobby were overhead.
